Chicken Puffs

1 pkg cream cheese, softened
2 T. butter, melted
Mix together and add:
2 c. cooked cubed chicken
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 can crescent rolls, divided out into triangles

Fill each triangle with chicken mixture and wrap around to form a ball. Dip the balls into melted butter and then into crushed Stove Top stuffing.  Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Sauce to pour on top of puffs:
1 can cream of chicken
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 can chicken broth
1 can canned mushrooms or fresh
1 beef boui lion cube mushrooms, sauted in butter

Heat and pour over chicken puffs.

10 puffs per batch
