Chilie Relleno Callerole

1 c.half & half
2eggs
1/2 c. flour
2 7-oz cans of whole chiles, seeded
1/2 lb. jack cheese, grated
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese,grated
8 oz can tomato sauce

Beat cream, eggs, and flour until smooth. Mix cheeses, and set aside t of the cheese for the top. Next layer cheese, chile and egg mixture in a deep bowl. Finally pour tomato sauce and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
