Five Minute Fudge

2 T. butter
1 1/2 c. (about 16) mini marshmallows
2/3 c. evaporated milk 
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt in sauce pan. Heat over medium heat.
Bring to boil and cook 4 to 5 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, vanilla. Stir for 1 minute. Poor into a buttered pan until cool.
