Decorating Icing

2 egg whites
Red, yellow, green and blue food color
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar

1.In medium bowl, beat egg whites with sugar and cream of tartar at medium speed until mixture is stiff enough to hold it's shape.
2.Split icing into 5 small bowls. You'll need extra white and a little extra green. Tint to desired colors. Keep cups covered with a damp cloth. (Thin the white and green if using decorator or Wilton buttercream.)
