Chocolate Glaze

12 oz semisweet chocolate pieces
2/3 c. light cream
2 Tbs. light corn syrup

In top of double boiler, combine chocolate pieces, corn syrup and cream.
Cook over hot water, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat.

(This chocolate glaze is also perfect for chocolate dipped strawberries!!)
