1/2 onion, chopped
1 Tbs. parsley flakes
1 Tbs. cornstarch
1/2 green pepper
1 t tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 pound lean hamburger
2 8-oz. cans of tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 can stewed tomatoes with juice
Brown hamburger then add all ingredients. Cook until done.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
